National 4-H Week

4-H Youth Development is a research-based program serving youth ages 5-19; under the auspices the University of California with program guidance from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). 4—H is set up so youth and adults work and learn together. The ultimate goal is for youth members to learn competence, make connections, develop character, and learn the importance of contribution - using various projects as the vehicle to learning!

Coalinga 4-H set up a display in the window of the Coalinga Chamber of Commerce Office. The display board listed projects and photo collages depicting ongoing activities ad projects.  The City of Coalinga honored 4-H week with a City proclamation.
