Chairman Poochigian Sponsors Resolution Proclaiming “4-H Club Week” in Fresno County

4-H is a youth organization that is dedicated to providing its members with skills that can be used throughout a lifetime. The organization teaches young people the responsibilities and privileges of good citizenship, prepares them as leaders and develops self-confidence in all areas of life. At the Board meeting, while members of the local 4-H came up to receive their certificate, ChairmanPoochigian welcomed them by singing the 4-H anthem.
